  2. Can I get a copy of the product manual for my couch?
  3. How soon can you deliver?

    We can confirm when your couch will arrive once you place your order with us.

    Generally, if you are based in Melbourne, we can deliver as soon as the couch is ready.

    If you’re interstate our delivery times are usually:

    • Sydney – overnight
    • Canberra – overnight
    • Brisbane – 2 days
    • Adelaide – 2 days
    • Perth – 4 days
    • Darwin – between 5 and 7 days
    • Tasmania – 2 to 3 days

    Delivery times will vary for rural areas and for international orders

  4. Do you ship couches overseas?

    Yes, we do. We have sent couches to New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East. We can talk to you about the shipment options when you place your order with us.

  5. What is the cost of freight?

    The cost of freight will depend on where you are located.  All couches are freighted by sensitive freight couriers and can be delivered to a room, or a cheaper option is a front door delivery.

  6. Do your couches arrive fully assembled?

    Yes, they are fully assembled and ready to plug in to begin operation.

    Please read the provided Product Manual before operating the couch.

  7. How are the couches installed?

    They only need to be positioned in the examination room and plugged into the power supply.

  8. Can you remove my old couch?

    There are some circumstances when we are able to remove your old couch, at an additional cost. Let us know you would like to use this service and we can advise if we’re able to help.

  9. Do you buy old couches?

    No, we don’t.

  10. Do you sell second hand couches?

    No, we don’t. All our products are the latest in design and technology.

  11. Do you offer maintenance and service support?

    Yes, we do.We have an industry leading warranty on all our products so you know we will look after you.

    We have designated, professional servicemen in all states, who will be able to provide you with maintenance and service support.

  12. Do you make customisations to your couches?

    We have a number of optional customisations available on many our products at an additional price.

    If you have any other customisations you’d like to make, we’d be more than happy to talk with you to see if we can accommodate the change in the couch design.

    Currently, we’re unable to offer any customisations on our Economy Range of medical couches.

  13. How quickly can my couch be available?

    Generally, our couches take a maximum of three weeks to make, depending on the model of the couch you purchase and the customised options, if any, that you select. Some of our couches can be assembled within a couple of days for quick delivery.

    We will be able to provide you with an estimated time for when the couch can be delivered once you place an order with us.

    If there is a specific time that you need your couch, we will do our best accommodate you.

  14. Where can I see your couches?

    You are most welcome to visit our Showroom located at 5 Daniel Drive, Carrum Downs, Victoria 3201. Please give us a call to book an appointment.
